New Delhi: The Delhi Government has begun training to review the level of residential, commercial, industrial and other circles in the city, the last assessment of this type has been carried out in 2011.
The administration of 11 districts has been asked to send land details within their boundaries with suggestions on problems This is from stakeholders.
Therefore, the district has invited the view of the welfare association, architects, landowners, registered builders and other groups to ensure fair land revaluation.
Suggestions and recommendations of stakeholders will be sent to existing government committees consisting of representative officials from the Delhi Development Authority, city companies and other administrative institutions, which will then make final recommendations to the state government.
The circle level is the minimum level of land and property under the property cannot be registered.
The level of the circle is also a slab that is in accordance with stamp duty and registration fees are collected by the state.
The committee will go through advice to determine the core of opinion and this will form the basis of the panel report on recommendations to the Delhi government.
The government will review recommendations and make a final decision.

Officials Department of Eastern District Revenue said that the circle level revaluation was related to housing, industry and soil types and other properties, restrictions on agricultural land and river basis, were underway.
“We are looking for views and feedback from stakeholders so that comprehensive feedback from the district can be submitted,” the official said.
Complete training, including the submission of committee recommendations to the government, is likely to be completed in a month the specified format to send feedback and suggestions has been uploaded on the website of each district, according to officials.
Feedback and display must be submitted before the night of July 31.
All districts collect feedback from stakeholders.
The revaluation of the circle rate will be carried out for various properties classes, labeled as categories A to H.

The government believes that reducing the circle rate will encourage more transactions in real estate and prevent stagnation.
