Delhi Riot Probe Callous and Farcical: Court

New Delhi: The court has slapped the fine of RS 25,000 in Delhi police and called his investigation into the case of Delhi riots “Callous and Fascical”.

According to Advocate Mehmood Pracha, representing the defendant, a Naresh Tyagi allegedly fired a shot at Nasir, as a result he suffered a gunshot injury in the left eye.
Apart from the request, no FIR was registered by the police, after they moved the court to find the registration.
