Delhi riots: ‘Police try to communicate the case’

New Delhi: Khalid Saifi activist, was accused of cases related to a greater conspiracy in the Northeast Delhi violence in 2020, on Wednesday told the court that Delhi police tried to be with the problem.
He made a shipment through his advice before the additional session of Judge Amitabh was treated, who ordered orders on the guarantee application.
Senior advocate Rebecca John appeared to Saifi, told the court that the evidence produced by Delhi police did not increase because it was based on allegations and arrears.
Senior advocate refers to the submission carried out by the prosecution that protests are communal, not organic and it is a conspiracy of silence.
“My friend (Public Prosecutor) said the protest was communal, not organic.
Let’s assume, even if it’s not organic.
Protests are held.
So, what? The prosecution has been trying to communicate this case.
One community affected by this bill (citizenship (Amendment) acts).
Is their right to protest “, he said.
“Why is the prosecution trying to compress narratives? Don’t put a narrative in one community.
Don’t get rid of Delhi’s police action, which is too clear from the reading of this WhatsApp group,” the adviser said.
He referred to a message that read Delhi police violated a public camera to avoid accountability.
“But there are no investigations made in this,” he said.
John further proposed that prosecution relied on several chat in the support group of Delhi protests (DPSG).
He shared a screenshot message sent by Khalid Saifi in a group of reading, ‘open, clear, not acting from the police for violence.
CM must be held responsible for the same thing.
Protests must be held outside their residence.
“How does this burden me (Saifi) beat my reason or imagination.
I have a message,” he said.
The court, meanwhile, postponed the argument about Plea the guarantee of the former JNU student Umar Khalid for Friday with his advisor.
He further proposed that there were no ingredients below Part 15 (Terrorist Act) and Part 17 (Terror Funding) UPA, flattened against Saifi, fulfilled.
Even for Part 18 (conspiracy to carry out terrorist acts) UPA is not satisfied, the advisor said.
Saifi, along with several others, has been ordered under the anti-terror law in this case to become “mastermind” from the riots February 2020, which has left 53 people dead and more than 700 injured.
Violence erupted during protests against CAA and national lists of citizens.
In addition to him, former JNU Umar Khalid student leader, JNU Natasha Narwal and Devangana Kalita, a member of the Jamia Safoowa Zargar coordination committee, a former member of the AP Council of Tahir Hussain and several others have also been ordered under a strict law in this case.
