Delhi Riots: ‘Standard Probe is very poor in large quantities of cases’

New Delhi: Courts here have said that investigative standards in a large number of 2020 cases of northeast riots are “very poor” and look for the Intervention of the Delhi Police Commissioner.

Communal clashes broke out in Northeast Delhi in February 2020, after violence between those who supported and opposed the citizenship law (amendments) spinning out of control.
Leave at least 53 people dead and more than 700 injured.
