Delhi: Shah to inaugurate Taman Bharat Darshan on Saturday

New Delhi: News Minister Union Amit Shah will be inaugurated on Saturday ‘Taman Bharat Darshan’ in Delhi which featured an interesting replica of several Indian iconic monuments built with scrap and waste materials, officials said on Friday.
The recreational park, which was built by the South Delhi Municipal model of the ‘wealth waste’ model, opened after several delays and ahead of the Civic poll in Delhi due early next year.
Spread across eight hectares, the park will have a replica of several monuments, including Qutab Minar, Taj Mahal, Charminar, Gateway of India, Konark Temple, Nalanda Ruins, Mysore Palace, Meenakshi Temple, Hampi, Gumbaz Goals, Gumbaz Goals, Sanchi, Cave Ajanta and Ellora, and Eve is expensive.
“A total of 22 replicas have been installed in the park scheduled for inaugurated by the minister of house amit shah tomorrow night.
This includes replicas 21 monuments and trees,” said Senior SDMC official told PTI.
The vast garden, which was previously expected to be opened in October-end, was originally planned to include a replica of the Golden Temple in Amritsar too.
“Park, open tomorrow, does not have a replica of the Golden Temple,” said South Delhi Mayor Mukesh Suryan.
A controversy has erupted in June for the construction of replicators planned from a respected Sikh Temple in the park, located in the Punjabi Bagh area in South Delhi, after it was removed.
Suryan said early October that talks with Senior Sikh leaders to ensure the replica of the Golden Temple was also installed after reaching an agreement.
The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara (DSGMC) Management Committee President Manjinder Singh Sansa late June has claimed that the temple replica built in the park has been “dismantled” because it opposes “Sikh Decorum”.
He also tweeted about it and shared a site photo.
Suryan, however, said later that the replica was only “removed” from a place planned in the park, and an attempt to install after consensus.
“The theme of the park is ‘unity and diversity’ and this artwork shows full respect for our cultural monuments and heritage,” he said, adding expenses for this project is around RS 16 Crore.
This replica has been built with memos and waste materials such as old vehicles thrown away, fans, iron trunks, beans and bolts, lying not used or abandoned in the SDMC store, officials said.
Working on the replica building ‘Char Dham’ Shrins was underway, SDMC officials said in October, added that there would be a trace of 1.5 km to walk, the zone of certain children, stalls to regulate cultural programs, in addition to audio, tour facilities and photography.
“Various cultural and wealthy inheritance India will be reflected through a smaller version of these monuments.
Like ‘waste to garden surprises’,’ Taman Bharat Darshan ‘will also be a popular tourist spot Delhi, where people will be able to see’ Mini.
India ‘in one place, “Suryan said.
‘Waste-to-Wonder Park’ in the Sarai Kale Khan area opened in February 2019.
It has a replica of the seven famous monuments in the world, including the Taj Mahal and Eiffel Tower, which comes out of mechanical waste.
Delhi Lt Anil Baijal Governor In the February 2020 event has said that ‘waste to be surprised’ is a shining example of the concept of “wealth waste” and SDMC must develop more parks supported by their own and based on this concept.
Suryan said earlier that the work on the ‘Bharat Darshan Park’ project was postponed for some time due to the Pandemic Covid-19 and the next lock.
This park is also an extraordinary concept of the concept of ‘waste-to-wealth’ where the historical monument replica is made from used materials, he said.
