New Delhi: A fire broke out in a four-story building on the West Delhi Nagar Day on Wednesday morning.
There were no injuries reported in the fire.
At least 22 people were saved from the building, Delhi fire service said.
It was said that seven electric boards triggered a fire, added that no one was injured in the incident.
Calls about fire were received at 3am after two tenders the fire rushed to the place, said fire official.
Atul Garg, Director, Delhi Fire Service said it was reported that seven electricity meter councils in the four-story building triggered fire and smoke spread on all floors.
“Our personnel saved 22 people safely who were the occupants of building four floors.
The fire was small, but when the smoke spread to all the floors, everyone’s evocradation,” he added.
