New Delhi: If you want to register for a ‘special’ flat housing scheme under Delhi (DDA), Monday is your last chance.
The source, however, said that the last date might be extended.
The authority has launched a scheme on December 24, 2021, with 18,335 flats offered.
Of these, 11,452 is a one-room flat in the LIG (LIG) group, at a cost of ranging from Rs 14.1 Lakh and Rs 41.1 Lakh.
More than 8,000 these flats are in Narela, while the rest are located in Rohini, Dwarka, Siraspur, Ramgarh, Lok Nayak Puram, etc.
The last date for submitting a scheme is Monday.
The number of registration is Rs 25,000 for EWS Flats, RS 1 Lakh for Flat Lig, and RS 2 Lakh for MIG and HIG FLATS.
The total number of applications received for the scheme until Sunday is not available.
However, senior official DDA said the assessment of the number of applications will be carried out on Monday and the last date will be extended if a need is felt to provide more time for applicants.
One can file a scheme through the DDA website.
The flats offered under the scheme are those who remain unsold in previous housing schemes and DDA offers them at the old level through relaxation of cost policy.
The whole process of the application to the allotment and ownership is done online.
Allottee must visit the DDA office only to execute transport deeds.
Dda has launched a previous housing scheme in 2021 with 1,354 flats.
Flat under a special scheme is those returned in previous housing schemes in 2014, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
