New Delhi: E-auction Raisina Bengali School which was supposed to take place on Friday failed because there were no offer received.
Previously, the debt recovery court (DRT) had directed that the school in the Taman Chittaranjan Delhi Selatan would be under the hammer because his management failed to pay debts of Rs 8 Crore.
Chitra Maji, a member of the leadership body, said, “DRT has concluded hearing arguments about the evil of the auction submitted by the school and has ordered its demands on January 31.
There is also a delayed problem in the Delhi High Court.
So for now, the auction is not It will take place.
“The petition was submitted before the High Court by several school students and also NGO justice for all, against the school auction.
The advice that appears for ASREC said that while auction cannot occur on the scheduled date because there are no offers received, a separate sales notification will be issued but not immediately.
“There are around 900 students studying in the senior part of the school, owned which should be auctioned because of the default in loan payments taken in 2005.
