New Delhi: Chairman of the Minister of Arvind Kejriwal inaugurated the ‘cloverleaf’ sloping and road service on the Vihar Fase-i Mayur firover in East Delhi on Saturday.
Kejriwal said that Cloverleaf will bring a lot of assistance to Delhi people and facilitate the way for those traveling between Delhi and Noida.
He claims that infrastructure projects are now completed before the deadline and with budget estimates.
Deputy Minister of Manish Sisodia and the Minister of Public Works Satyendar Jain also attended the inauguration.
The road and road new services were built by PWD as part of Phase-III of the Berkapullah High Corridor project that connects Vihar Mayur in East Delhi to Sarai Kale Khan.
A PWD official said that the path and the road would save about 1.5 km away from travel distance to commuting.
“Traffic congestion for hours, which resulted in chaos during the top office hours on the route, will end after the opening of Jalan Ramps and the road,” the official said.
Legaran 800 meters-long built by PWD and opened for traffic in January 2019, but the loop, which provides unlimited connectivity between Vihar-I Mayor and other parts of Delhi, is being built.
One loop will allow traffic to come from Noida to get off the flyover and drive towards Mayur Vihar-i.
Others will start from the Mayor of Vihar-I and join the flyover to Akshardham.
The length of each cloverleaf will be 300 meters.
Kejriwal said, “Road services, cloverleaf loops, slopes and cycle lines are being inaugurated today.
This will bring great help to people in this region and also the entire East Delhi region starting from traffic jams.
Because the Aam Aadmi party has been in power, Many developments have been taken by various departments.
PWD completes projects before the deadline, finishing it not only in cost estimates but also saves money, and crafts with more sustainable and cost-effective designs.
We will now take Delhi infrastructure to a completely new level .
