New Delhi: Two men were arrested for killing someone in the North Delhi Wazirabad area on Wednesday.
Allegations, Mohammad Faiz Ur Rehman and Mohammad Faraz, thought that the person brought Rs 5,000 but they only got Rs 250 from the security who killed him.
According to the police, around 10:45 a.m., they got a call from the owner of a private bus regarding the body on the bus in Jagatpur.
A team reached the place and found that a man lay fainted.
He rushed to the hospital where he was declared dead.
The owner of the bus, Praveen, informed the police who died, Deepak, worked as a cleaners on the bus for the past 10 years.
DCP (North) Sagar Singh Kalsi said the defendant was arrested from the Jagatpur area.
The deceased wallet, brick, paper cutter and motorbike used in the crime recovered from them.
“They are drug addicts and do small crimes.
Rehman works as a conductor with the victim until recently and realizes that he sleeps on the bus at night,” DCP said.
On the night of the incident, the defendant roamed the area on a stolen motorcycle.
When he saw the parked minibus, they hatched the conspiracy to rob Deepak and expect RS 5,000 booty.
“They snatched the Deep wallet and attacked him on his head with bricks before slitting the neck, chest, and his stomach with a paper cutter.
However, they only found Rs 250 in his wallet,” he added.
