New Delhi: The hit squad that has arrived in the city to reply to the murder of Gangster Jitender Gogi in the Rohini court is being assisted by two Delhi police personnel.
The police officers have been arrested, the source told TI on Thursday.
They tend to be dismissed from services by Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana.
On October 3, special cell Delhi Polda has captured four shooters sent by the “Alliance” of Gangsters who were imprisoned.
One shooter, Anuj, has a gift RS 2.2 lakh on his head, while the other, Sagar Rana, has a gift of lakh rs.
The other two, hard and sumit, have gifts of RS 75,000 and 50,000 respectively.
Nine pistols, including an American Taurus, Zigana Turkey and Chinese stars, apart from 123 cartridges and two cars confiscated from them.
During the interrogation, the defendant revealed the identity of two police officers who had helped them with logistics.
“While Constable Deepak was posted at the Sarojini Nagar Police Station, Constable Sunil with a security unit,” said a source on the protective security wing.
“When the shooters arrived in the city, the two police officers helped them find accommodation.
They are in constant communication through a safe platform,” the source added.
The investigation revealed that the two police officers were in gloves with Gogi and his colleagues and had even committed a crime.
As long as it was questioned, they expressed their involvement in the cash robbery case, which they had done with a gang in Haryana in 2019.
The probe was being carried out to ensure that they were involved in more crimes, including the appearance of the Rohini court complex.
The incident has pushed the Brass Delhi police to order all units to identify more bad sheep in their units.
Asthana, who recently deployed inspectors and ACP specifically for each court in the city, has instructed all DCPs and special commissioners to have zero tolerance policies for these elements.
The shooters were assigned to do a gang war for the next few weeks.

They have also planned to kill the shooters and Bali gang, including Monu Bajitpuriya, Vishal Maan and Naresh Tajpuriya.
