New Delhi: The proposal to cover the number of people who will be interviewed for the Assistant Professor Post at the University of Delhi (DU) is under severe criticism of the large part of the teacher on Tuesday after a certain clause is withdrawn or changed.
Proposal, part of the agenda for the Executive Board Meeting (EC) is likely to be held on Friday, partly modified by the DU government later.
The initial recommendation stated that the number of selected candidates who will be interviewed will be limited.
However, various teacher bodies call it a violation of the discussion record on December 5, 2019.
Close on the number of candidates has been removed for universities in the revised proposal.
For the University Department, at least 30 candidates for the first job and 10 for any additional vacancies will be called, the revision agenda.
According to the 2019 letter, “the faculty is designated and works on ad hoc, while or contracts and fulfilling the feasibility criteria must be chosen for interviews at their respective universities and or universities.” The Association of the University of Delhi (Duta) said, “Proposal (early) creates anomalies and injustices.
The same number of candidates will get repeated opportunities to appear in interviews until they are chosen while thousands of Hocs Ad Hocs we will never get the chance to appear for almost All interviews.
“Recommendations that require candidates to give presentations also trigger objections to several teacheries.
After the meeting with Deputy Chancellor Yogesh Singh, a K Bhagi, President of the National Democratic Front Teacher, said, “The clause on the close of the candidate has been withdrawn for college.
As long as they have a minimum sign, they will be called for interviews.
All who get full benefits can show Their teaching experience as ad hocs.
This will benefit the teaching at DU.
“He added,” such candidates also do not have to give a presentation.
” However, the presentation clause will stay for the DU department.
“VC said it was important to know the fields and plans of their research that applyed to the department,” Bhagi said.
Treasurer of Ambassador Abha Dev Habib said, “This agenda should be completely retractable.
We have demanded absorption for a long time.
Even in the revised agenda, certain clauses violated a discussion record of December 5, 2019.” Senior DU officials refused to comment before this problem was raised on EC meeting.
