New Delhi: Delhi University will begin the acceptance process for undergraduate applicants under the sports category on November 8.
The university has released a list of initial awards and applicants have time until Friday to register their complaints, after a centralized reception list will be announced.
Because Covid-19, DU did not hold this year’s trial and acceptance for various achievement-based courses under the sports category would be based on certificates.
Award list is based on certificate evaluations uploaded by applicants.
“The centralized manual list for each sport along with rankings will be displayed on the Bachelor of DU portal after the movement of complaints raised by applicants,” said a senior official.
According to university guidelines, universities and courses to eligible applicants will be carried out centrally and based on college preferences and courses as indicated by candidates.
The online portal will be available between November 8 and November 10 for applicants to register their preferences.
“Higher college allotment and of course will be based on the rank of the Petitioner in the order of recognizing a centralized sports registration that depends on the availability of games or sports in the college,” read.
“There will be no limit to the number of universities, applicants can provide preferences when searching for entrance tickets.” However, said an official, high school allotment and courses will submit to the fulfillment of the specific feasibility criteria and in accordance with DU Rules.
