New Delhi: On Wednesday morning, the Minister of Chief Arvind Kejriwal put the key at the Great Gate of the Regional Transportation Office (RTO) at the IP Depot to open “faceless services” for Delhies, so that it becomes the first country in this country to provide online facilities on such a scale big.
Starting with three services based on trials in February, 33 facilities related to major transportation have now been online covering almost 95% of all applications received by the Delhi government transportation department.
Through this service, including e-sign facilities, applicants will save time and money spent visiting RTOS.
Delhi has also become the first country to provide online student licenses through AI-based face recognition software to ensure maximum security supported by aadhaar-based authentication systems.
After putting the key in the new Delhi zone RTO, Kejriwal said the time when getting a SIM means intense discussion about who to approach the reference or agent which will be hired.
“People will stand in lines and objections will be made in their application repeatedly.
Finally, they will be tired and get an agent to do it,” he added.
