New Delhi: Delhi Court has been looking for a report taken by a report (ATR) from the police with a complaint submitted by a 22-year-old woman who alleged that the police chief had raped it and used it in a “honey trap” to arrest her want to criminal.
In his complaint, Magistrate Metropolitan Vaibhav Chaurasia has directed the Station House Officer (Sho) from the Budh Vihar Police Station to submit a report and register this issue for February 19, 2022.
The woman urged the court to call the police, trying rape, causing a miscarriage, causing a miscarriage and trying to kill and punish him for justice.
In a complaint submitted through advocate Amit Sahni, the woman accused him of touching the police chief in November 2020 when he filed a complaint in the police control room against harassment.
He stated that the complaint was marked by the police chief, which was later posted at the Dairy Shahbad police station.
He began to spend time with him and then proposed a marriage.
He accused the complaint that the defendant was forcibly established sexual relations with him at his residence in Poot Khurd in November 2020.
He retained his physical relationship with him in 2021 as well.
The woman told the complaint of the court that the defendant misused his photo by preparing a social media account to contact the Sura Pankaj who was sought and let him speak with a vote and video calls in 2021.
He stated that considering the trap honey, the criminals wanted to be arrested in June 2021.
However , He was seriously injured in an accident caused by police officers when he was on a criminal motorbike but police personnel were present not paying attention to him during the incident.
The woman claimed that she had invited hostility from criminal colleagues for helping the police in such a way and attacked on July 25, 2021 but there was no action taken by the police.
The girl claimed she was pregnant because of sexual relations without condoms by the defendant and on July 10, 2021, the defendant took him to a private hospital.
The girl accused that many police personnel realized their situation when she was taken to various hospitals for care by different police personnel and payments were also made by them.
The girl claimed she had filed a complaint to Sho of Budh Vihar and senior police officers in December but there was no action taken to them, after she moved to court.
