Delhi’s assembly session to start from November 26

New Delhi: The Delhi government has called a special legislative session on Friday morning to discuss important public issues.
“Sitting from the legislative assembly has been determined tentatively for November 26.
Subject to the urgency of the business, sitting at home can be extended.
Sitting assembly will begin at 11am and will continue until the business remains for the day it was concluded,” the bulletin was issued by the Assembly Delhi stated.
While opposition leader Ramvir Singh Bidhuri said “The AAP government has shrunk the winter session into a special one-day session”, Speaker RAM Niwas Goel said the assembly session on Friday was not a winter session.
“The winter session is likely to be held in December,” Goel said.
Bidhuri said a one-day session amounted to democratic murder because there were so many problems that affect the public such as air pollution and Yamuna, the collapse of the public transportation system, non-reduction of VAT on gasoline and diesel were people who were troubling, new excise policies that did not go down well With people and the government has not given time to discuss all these problems.
“The AAP government does not want to face the opposition at home.
It escaped from discussing the people’s problems,” Bidhuri said.
The Delhi BJP legislative party meeting was held on Tuesday where MLAS said that information about the assembly session must be given 15 days before according to the rules and problems that will be submitted from MLA must be invited.
MLA has been asked to wear a face mask and train to distance itself mandatory to contain the spread of Covid-19 pandemic.
MLA has also been asked to carry and display their identity card while wearing a face mask which will also help identify the assembly complex.
The Assembly has also asked all MLA to bring the final certificate for Covid-19 vaccination or vice versa, the Covid-19 test report issued no earlier than 48 hours before the beginning of the session.
Facilities for Covid-19 Rapid-Antigen tests at the Secretariat of the Assembly will be available but members who want to complete the RT-PCR test must complete at their own level.
Because covid pandemics that need social distance, the existing seating arrangements will not apply in the session.
“The chair must be provided for CM, Deputy CM, Minister, Vice Speaker, Head of the whip and opposition leader.
Members must sit at home on a basis first coming,” said an official.
Because of Covid’s pandemic, no visitors are permitted.
