New Delhi: The City Court has directed the Delhi Police Commissioner to take improvement measures after the public prosecutor in the cases of Riot Delhi northeast failed to appear before repeatedly.
The court said it was difficult to understand why guaranteed problems in cases related to riots, were serious and sensitive in nature, considered so light.
Additional sessions Judge Virender Bhat noted that some clarification is needed in riot cases, but the public prosecutor is specially non-existent.
The judge noted that the public prosecutor was not on the last two dates of the trial.
The court delayed this problem for November 17 for the appearance of the Public Prosecutor.
