Delhi’s school is open to practice but a low presence

New Delhi: Ridhima is quite happy on Monday to return the class on Mount Abu Public School in Rohini.
Class XI students smile and say, “It’s not easy to get clarity in the online class, but at school you can have face-to-face interactions with your teacher to cleanse doubts.” Some Delhi schools continued the class on Monday after a long forced break, and many students, like Ridhima, were quite grateful.
On August 8, Delhi disaster management authorities allowed school to reopen from the next day for practice, project work, reception and counseling.
But most institutions request that they need time to plan and apply Covid prevention measures, so there is no class held last week.
On Monday, several schools opened their doors, especially for practical classes and project work.
However, the presence, with parents still hesitant to send their children who are not vaccinated to school.
Schools hope more students will appear in the coming days for most government schools, Monday is a holiday as a substitute for independence day.
The principal of several government institutions revealed that their students would come from Tuesday.
Instead, like the others, Tagore International School at Vasant Vihar said he had decided to remember the students only from the end of September.
In Rajkiya Pratibha Vidyalaya managed by the government in Shalimar Bagh, the main Sarita Batra said, “Our students will start attending school from Tuesday.
We have called class XII students because there is no practical class today for class X.” on Mount Abu, Rohini, young people from three parts class XII and two parts class XI returned to class for their practical work on Monday.
They spent two hours at school from 12 noon until 2pm.
Ridhima, who said it was easier to understand the concepts because the teacher was ready to clarify things, added, “No matter how hard we try to create an environment right at home, it’s not the same as studying at school.” Principal Jyoti Arora hopes that more students will be willing to return in the coming days.
“We have sent back to parents of the approval form and ask them to consider sending children back to class.” Class XI students Piyush Goswami is happy to be able to return and meet some of his friends who have decided, like him, to come to school.
“Maybe for a short duration, but being at school gives me pleasure,” said Goswami.
“At least, we have the opportunity to practice the right way.” A class XII student in another private institution told Tii, “my parents were initially worried and asked me not to think back to school.
But I told them that in January too, many students had attended classes in batches.
I think They understand how to become science students, practical classes are important to me.
School has created a schedule that ensures only a few of us are in a lab at a time and also helps us maintain social distance.
“Madhulika Sen, Educational Advisor at Tagore International, Vasant Vihar, who had postponed the class a month, said, “We have told students whether they want counseling they can take appointments and visit schools on Monday and Friday.”
