New Delhi: Delhi security dialogue held here on Wednesday saw “extraordinary convergence level” on the assessment of the situation in Afghanistan and the main challenges in the country and region, said source.
NSA or Head of the National Security Council from eight countries including India took part in Delhi Regional Security dialogue in Afghanistan.
It was chaired by NSA Ajit Doval.
Sources say convergence on assessment of situations in Afghanistan including security situations, increases the risk of terrorism and the upcoming humanitarian crisis.

Sources say that dialogue exceeds expectations and NSA easily arrives at a complete consensus, which allows Delhi’s declaration together.

According to Delhi’s declaration, the National Security Advisor and Secretary of the National Security Council reaffirmed strong support for Afghanistan who were peaceful, safe and stable while emphasizing respect for the sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity and non-interference in their internal affairs.
They expressed deep concerns over the suffering of Afghan people arising from the security situation in Afghanistan and condemned terrorist attacks in Kunduz, Kabul and Kabul.
