CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu chief minister K Stalin on Thursday stated he’s delivered to his promise made to his dad in Erode a while back that he’d deliver the DMK straight back to power in Tamil Nadu.
“I’m holding my head and coming to satisfy you.
Are you going to congratulate me,” Stalin addressed his late father and former chief minister M Karunanidhi, at a video message about the latter’s 98th anniversary.
He explained Karunanidhi as a pioneer for leaders and also a chief minister to all principal ministers.
“I don’t believe you’ve passed off.
I think you’re observing me in a space and doing this now,” Stalin explained.
“Following the DMK came into power and by the following day after taking control, we’ve been working to contain the spread of this Covid pandemic.
As you told our DMK cadre at Villupuram who’Stalin means hard work, hard labour and hard labour,’ I’m working hard to the individuals,” Stalin explained.
“As you guided me constantly to function in this manner that our opponents will love it, I have been working in this manner that even people who didn’t vote for us could now love employment of DMK,” Stalin explained.
