Bengaluru: Dell Technologies International Market President, Aongus Hegarty, has said company customers in India and throughout the world move from asking for devices such as PCs to request solutions.
“I’m just a big bank in India.
They clearly articulate it will be a way of hybrid work.
So, it needs to be a solution that is truly end-to-end and strong in providing that flexibility,” Hegarty said in interaction with TOI.
Dell is a vendor of various devices including laptops, desktops, tablets, servers, and network storage & products.
The company’s customers are increasingly interested in not much on this device, as in how all of them can be combined, along with Dell’s own software, such as technology from partners, to create solutions for different needs.
Hegarty said customers want to know: How do you use a device remotely? How do you ensure that the solution is safe? That employees can be productive and safe in that environment?
