Bikaner: Protection of Children from Sexual Violations (Pocso) Court in Bikaner has punished the three accused in the case of Delta Meghwal on Friday.

Anwar Ali Saiyad’s advocate, appeared for a complainant, said the court had embraced a former Private Universities, Vijendra Singh, Pragyapratic Principal Shukla and Hostel Warden Shukla was guilty of all charges.
The convicts will be punished on Monday, he added.
A 17-year-old Dalit girl, Delta Meghwal, was found dead on the campus in Bikaner Rajasthan five years ago, following alleged by her parents that she was raped by her teacher.
His body was found in the water tank at the Jain Adarsh teacher training institution for girls, where he was a Bachelor of Education.
In the first information report (FIR) nested by the girl’s father, a resident of Barmer, was stated that his daughter told his parents that on March 28 he was raped by a teacher, who was suspected of killing him.
