Ludhiana: The most populous Punjab Regency, Ludhiana, will vote on problems starting from poor civil infrastructure to pollution during the assembly selection of 2022.
In this district, consisting of 14 assembly segments, polls are expected to be a five-sided contest between the Congress Ruling, Bharatiya Janata (BJP), Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) – Alliance of Josjan Party (BSP), AAM AADMI Party (AAP) and Local Clothing Lok Insaaf Party (lips).
AAP and lip entries in the 2017 election have previously reduced the SAD-BJP alliance to only one seat in the district.
The alliance, which ended in 2020, has won half of the chair in the 2012 election.
In 2007 the election, when Ludhiana had 12 seats, the alliance had won seven seats, while the Congress only won five seats.
In 2012, Congress won the remaining number of seats.
In the last poll, Congress won eight seats, three chairs, and two chairs lips.
Changes in political equations between SAD and BJP are expected to emerge completely new results in the 2022 polls as well.

Raikot MLA Party, Jagtar Singh Jagga Hissowal, has joined the Congress Party.

Given that he had fought for cases of anti-sikh anti-sikh victims in 1984, Phoolka was considered Popular among Sikh voters and enjoy clean images.

This district consists of the Constitution of Ludhiana East, Ludhiana West, Ludhiana North, Ludhiana South, Ludhiana Central, Atam Nagar, Gill, Sahnewal, Samrala, Khanna, Payal, Raikot, Jagha, and Dakha.

While Bharat Bhushan Ashu, MLA from Ludhiana West, has been a minister in the country’s cabinet for some time now, Khanna Mla Gurkirat Singh Kotli has been made a minister after Chararjit Singh Channi took over as the minister.
