Dengue case Increases: Fogging claims are just hot air in the city?

Ludhiana: Because the number of cases of dengue fever witnessed the increase in districts, many opposition parties and residents had asked questions for fogging.
While city corporate officials said Fogging was being carried out on schedule, residents and political parties begging differently.
“I lived in Ludhiana (Western) constituency and had not seen Fogging in Sarabha Nagar, Haibowal, and Sunet.
If they do it, residents should see it.
I lost my mother with dengue fever.
Fogging is being done only on a paper,” said a AAM spokesman Aadmi Party (AAP) AHBAB Grewal.
He alleged that MC, which was controlled by the leader of the ruling party, was a nest of corruption and it played with the lives of people.
BJP District President Pushpinder Singal said, “Fogging was not done anywhere and the government was trapped in Sidhu and captain Tussle.
The ministers were busy raising money and bureaucrats did not listen to them.
On behalf of Fogging, they get a slip for 60 liters of diesel.
We have notified The mayor about it.
“Shiroman Akali District President Ranjit Singh Dhillon said,” I only saw fogging images in several places on social media.
Previously, it was done regularly.
When I was a board member, we would do it every week.
But under the current government, work is done only in the paper.
The lack of preventative measures can cause an outbreak of disease on a larger scale.
“However, Ashwani Sharma, Congress District President (Urban), said it was the responsibility of the board members to ensure Fogging.
“A board member and residents must sign papers to spur.
The machine has been given to them for the purpose and they get fuel for it every day.
Fogging is being done every day in all fields,” he said.
Many residents also echo the opposition view.
“They haven’t done fogging in our area even once.
Because the case of dengue fever witnessed the increase, we were afraid.
They should also clean the bushes when mosquitoes breed in water collected in the room between them,” said Bikramdeep Singh from Barewal Road.
Performing a repeat effort, the Mayor of Balkar Singh cannot be contacted for comments.
However, MC Health Officer Dr.
Vipul Malhotra, however, was maintained that fogging was carried out on schedule.
“We have 12 large machines and 95 small ones together with board members and are used to obscure in their area,” said Dr.
Malhotra.
“It was not embarrassing in my neighborhood, the opposition leader in the MC, a sad member of the Ward 46 Harbhajan Singh Dang, said that the insufficient fogging was being carried out and the people fell ill.
He added that in his nation, it was not done and he had raised this problem With the authorities.
“Now we have decided to meet the mayor at the Bawi D office on Tuesday and give him a memorandum.
We will tell him that if fogging is not done in 10 days, we must take another action.
This is the work of MC to do it, “he said.
