Dengue Tighten Grip, LMC in Slumber

Lucknow: Even when Spurt in the case of dengue fever continues on Thursday, civil institutions have not carried out mosquito fogging in several areas where people have been diagnosed with this disease.
According to the rules, it is obliged to take anti-mosquito actions immediately in areas where the surface of the case.
Toi spoke to several patients who recovered at home.
Many of them say that while the Ministry of Health performs anti-larval sprays within 24 hours of them testing positively dengue, LMC has not done fogging.
Furthermore, in some cases the anti-larval spray has not been carried out.
Take the example of Dubbaga Resident Anuj Mishra, 7, which was taken to the Balrampur hospital with a high fever on September 19, a day after he was diagnosed with dengue fever.
Even after four days, both the Ministry of Health and LMC have admired.
“Nobody visits our area for anti-larval or fogging spray.
Mosquito population develops here and people live in fear,” said Mrs.
Anuj Reena.
Resident Tahsenganj Shivansh Kumar, 15, was diagnosed with dengue on September 11.
While the anti-larval spray has been done, they have been waiting for fogging for more than 12 days now.
“Many people in our area have fever, but fogging hasn’t been done so far this year,” said Shivansh Devesh’s father.
“When we asked about Fogging, the operator who did the anti-larvae said it was the responsibility of the LMC,” he added.
Likewise, other dengue patients, Bhupendra Kumar from the people, said, “Anti-larvae sprinkled on Thursday, three days after I was diagnosed with this disease.
I got a call from LMC about fogging, but nothing so far.” Answer for the unit of the disease transmitted through the vector, Dr.
KP Tripathi said, “We sent our team to splash anti-larva.
For fogging, the area detail has been sent to LMC.
We will ask it to do the earliest fogging so that mosquito threats can be locked up.” Dr.
Decree City Health Officer said, “List of dengue patients was given to zone officers for fogging.
On the same day, he received a request from the Ministry of Health.
However, if there is a delay in activity anywhere, we will ask zonal officials to immediately do fogging and send a report.
