Ludhiana: District Education Officer, Secondary Lakhvir Singh Samra retired on Monday after completing a nine-month term of office.
He joined April 22, 2021 and retired on January 31.
A small pension party was held at the Key Hotel near Pakhowal Road.
Meanwhile, various trade unions also gave him separation.
During his term, Samra’s shares, registration increased to 19% in government schools and national achievement surveys were successfully carried out in more than 200 schools.
