Letter: Deputy Commissioner of State Taxes and three colleagues were arrested by red hand by the Anti-Corruption Bureau Detective (ACB) on Friday while accepting RS 1 Lakh bribe.
Allegedly allegedly demanded RS 2 Lakh bribery from a thread entrepreneur to reactivate the number of GST blocked from his partnership company.
ACB caught Narshinh Pandore, deputy commissioner, GST country, Kishore Patel, lawyer and tax consultant, Dharmesh Goswami and Vinay Patel, both Patel’s company employees.
Sleuth caught Goswami and Vinay from the Kishore office at Wood Square Building at L P Savani Road.
As soon as the bribery was paid, ACB arrested Padore from his office in Nanpura.
The trap was placed by s n desai and ACB inspector, k chair.
The complainance company did not pay GST for 2015-16 because the GST number was blocked.
The complainant met Pandi to reactivate the number accused of demanding Rs 2 Lakh and ordered it to meet Kishore.
Players pay Rs 50,000 at first.
Then he asked to reduce the number of bribes and the defendant agreed to receive Rs 1 Lakh.
The complainant then contacted ACB.
After receiving RS 1 Lakh from the Kishore complain called Pandore from his phone and told him that the money was paid.
The complainants also talked to Pandours from Kishore phones and confirmed payments.
