Mumbai: Justice SK Shinde from the Bombay High Court on Tuesday which was directed at the dismissal petition submitted by the Minister of State House Anil Deshmukh against the call issued by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for the appearance before the Division of Division of the two judges.
, and not a single judge reserve where he has submitted it.
Most of the direction of Deshmukh tried to be heard by Bench Division, said HC.
Even though the rules that regulate how the problem is heard or what type of bench is heard – who hears it empower a single judge to decide on the application based on part 482 criminal procedure code (HC inherent power to secure the process or pass the tip of justice and prevent misuse of justice processes).
He challenged the validity of five edges Ed to him in the case of May 11 under the prevention of money laundering laws (PMLA).
Deshmukh also wants HC to hold ED because of capturing or taking the steps of coercion and to comply with certain provisions of PMLA, allowing it to emerge through official representatives and allow it to submit the applicant’s statement through electronic mode.
HC directs the registry to place the Deshmukh application before the division bench on the list.
