Mumbai: opposing anticipatory assurance applicants from the Minister of Home Former Maharashtra Anil Deshmukh’s Son Hrishikesh in the Special PMLA Court, the Directorate of Enforcement handed over that the latter was the active participant in washing the crime.
In the answer, Ed said with the help of a Shell company based in Delhi, Hrishikesh (34) helping his father wash polluted money and project it as not stained by showing it as a donation received by Shri Sai Shikshan Sanshtha owned by the family.
It was said in February and March, this number of Rs 1.7 Crore.
It was said before, the same modus operandi was adopted by the Deshmukh family and a total RS 4.18 Crore was transferred in trust in the Garb Donation since 2013.
The argument about the application will be heard on December 4.
