AGRA: At a significant grab, Agra authorities on Friday night arrested a criminal carrying out a cash bounty of Rs 1 lakh in Aligarh district and Rs 20 K in Rajasthan following a short experience in the town’s Sikandara region.
The suspect allegedly sustained injuries in the shootout and has been admitted to another hospital.
According to authorities, Vinod Kumar, was desired in the event of Kidnapping and ransom at Aligarh’s Iglas police station and at attempt to murder situation in Rajasthan.
A police group of 3 police stations– Hariparvat, Sikandra and Sadar authorities alongside a crime division team successfully detained the criminal after a tip off.
SP (town ) Botre Rohan Pramod stated that Vinod was allegedly intending to kidnap a businessman from Mathura if he had been surrounded by law enforcement party.
Once challenged, he opened fire in the experience which ensued, Vinod suffered bullet injuries at the legs.
He had been brought to the hospital to get therapy.
Agra’s SSP Muniraj G reported that the defendant has a criminal background and has been involved in a number of instances.
At 16 FIRs are registered against him in different police stations in UP and Rajasthan.
“One nation made pistol and a single live cartridge had been retrieved in his possession and also his Crete automobile was captured.
He added that the defendant is an energetic member of Vinod Jaat gang in Hathras and was imprisoned several times.
