Mumbai: Shiv Sena on Monday said the brutal rape and the murder of a woman here has surprised everyone, but Mumbai is a ‘safest city’ in the world for women and there should be no doubt about it in mind.
Editorial at Mouthpiece Sena ‘Saamana’ said the recent crime incidence of women in Maharashtra was “blot” in the state culture and feelings of anger among people justified.
A 34-year-old woman was raped and brutal with a stick by a man inside Stationary in the outskirts of Sakinaka in Friday.
He died in a hospital during early treatment on Saturday, the previous police said.
This crime has similarities with the case of ‘NIRBHAYA’ Gang-rape of Delhi 2012.
The 45-year-old suspect was arrested in a few hours after the incident, then charged with murder.
Marathi’s publication said, “The rape and murder of women in Sakinaka has surprised one and all.
But, Mumbai is the safest city in the world for women and there should be no doubt about it in mind anyone.” Said incidents such as rape and murder of a woman in the Sakinaka area here are the result of “horrific terms”, which can be seen in any part of the world, and a comparison of Mumbai’s incident with a Hathras case (in Uttar Pradesh where a 19-year-old Dalit woman Allegedly raped by the gang and killed last year) was completely wrong.
The editorial claimed that the culprit of the Hathras case had “state ruler support” and there was a delay in their arrest.
The victim’s body was burned in a hurry by the government to destroy the evidence, it was claimed further.
“The Yogi government said there was no rape in Hathras, which was proven to be wrong,” said Daily Marathi, added that the urgency with the national commission team of the women’s team reached Sakinaka was not shown in the case of Hathras.
He claimed that certain political party workers took to the streets to “protect” accused of rape cases Kathua (from a little girl in Jammu and Kashmir in 2018), while in the incident Sakinaka, the police arrested the defendant in 10 minutes.
The only solution for these cases was to curb a heretic mindset, Sena argued.
“The state government has decided to take care of education and the livelihood of the two sakinaka victims.
Isn’t this sensitive a sign?” It asks.
It also confirmed the police commissioner of Mumbai Hemant Nagral that the police could not attend all crime scenes.
Police in all states and other cities will agree with this, said LED Party Uddhav Thackeray.
Furthermore, said the victims of Sakinaka rape and the defendants were known, and added that the woman gave up on her wounds even though there was the best effort from the doctor and police.
“Now, let’s leave the case to the judiciary.
The perpetrators will definitely be hung to death because nothing comes out to support the defendant, unlike Hathra and Kathua (case).
One must know what to be politicized,” Sena said, who shared power With NCP and Congress in Maharashtra.
It was said to shed tears over the sakinaka incident showing “mind sensitivity”, but when the crocodile’s tears were shown, it created fear and the seriousness of the incident was destroyed.
“Let the police do their work.
But what can someone do if someone wants to submit a sakinaka file (case) to ED (the enforcement directorate),” said the editorial with sarcastic, alluded to several cases relating to the leaders of the country examined by the central agent .
