Farrukhabad: A prisoner was allegedly killed and around 30 police were injured in clashes in the district prison here on Sunday after another male death because of dengue fever.
The prisoners allegedly threw stones at the police and began a fire in prison after hearing about the death of a prisoner, identified as Sandeep Yadav, at Saifai Medical College because of dengue fever.
However, the police claimed that other detainees, Shivam, who died later, also suffered from illness and loss of his life when he was taken to the hospital on Sunday.
But in the intended video that appeared on social media, Shivam claimed before his death that he suffered a bullet injury.
The incident took place on Sunday morning, when the prisoners began to throw the police to the police after they learned about Yadav’s death, who was treated at Saifai Medical College a few days ago when he suffered from dengue fever.
The video was said to show Shivam claiming that he was hit by a bullet fired by a prison while he tried to close the barrack gate in the afternoon.
The fire brigade must be called after a prisoner forced to burn.
