Coimbatore: Disposal detainees were found dead in cells in the central coimbatore prison on Thursday morning.
The deceased has been identified as B Sacts, 38, from Vellakovil in the Tirupur district.
According to sources, Sakthivel was involved in the murder to get a case in 2020.
Police Vellakovil arrested him in January 2021.
He had spent his days behind bars in the ninth block of Central Coimbatore prison.
Around 4:20 a.m.
on Thursday, Sakthiel was found hanging from the cell steel door in the plight.
The prison supervisors sent the body to Coimbatore Medical College and hospital for Postmortem.
Further investigation is taking place.
