KALYAN: A Kalyan-based programmer and his two partners are reserved for allegedly trespassing to territory of a senior citizen in Kalyan. The programmer is recognized as Mangesh Gaikar, along with his two partners identified as Kamlesh and Jitu. “The complainant, Bhavarlal Jain (70), that conducts garment company, possesses 1,610 squares meter property in Kolavali region located in Kalyan (west),” said authorities. Authorities said on Tuesday the Jain had requested his team to pay his own property region and put board asserting that the property belonged to him. Jain in his complaint alleged that when his team was performing job, Kamlesh and Jitu entered to his property and also threatened the team adored by Jain and left them flee from property stating that the territory belonged to Gaikar. The accused also eliminated Jain’s plank and place another board asserting that the property belonged to Gaikar. Acting on criticism of Jain, an FIR was registered farther research is rising,” explained authorities.
