Gurugram: Residents of GPL Eden Heights in Sector 70 have raised concerns over alleged violations of project licensing conditions.
They have searched for community structural inspections by the City and State Meeting Department (DTCP), accusing that the condition of the certificate of completion has not been fully fulfilled by the developer.
Further residents said the developer had not moved community development to them.
“Also, the builder has not returned flower free maintenance security (IFMS) collected from us, which amounts to RS 15 Crore, and produces interest.
They have also collected Rs 50,000 per flat as club membership fees, but buildings are closed.
According to bilateral agreements with DTCP , the builder is not permitted to restore any amount for the construction of the internal community, “said Biraj Bhadra, a resident.
Because of the improper water examination of the park, seepage has been reported in the underground area, which greatly affects the residential tower structure, the residents said.
“The rainwater harvesting system does not operate and processing waste installed in the community also operates below capacity.
This only processes 300 kiloliters per day (KLD) on the capacity required 550 KLD,” another resident said.
According to residents, several complaints have been submitted with the authorities concerned for several years now, but there is no action taken.
“It is the responsibility of the builder to ensure the maintenance of the public for five years from the date of the certificate of settlement was obtained.
In addition, the work of almost Rs 1.4 Crore is waiting, which must be equipped with a builder before submitting the community to Rwa.
Now, we have filed a complaint in the CM window Hoping for a little relief, “said Jasvinder Singh Dhir, a resident.
However, representatives from developers, however, are not maintained that there is no seepage problem in the community.
“We have submitted the community to selected Rwa and maintenance being treated by Rwa for the past two years.
We have club ownership and we will give a reply to DTCP officials in the upcoming meeting.” When contacted, Sudeev City’s senior planner Mann said, ” We have scheduled a meeting on September 3 and calls both parties to discuss this issue.
Actions will be taken accordingly.
