Gurgaon: A group of Irono Victory Valley residents in Sector 67 approached the district clerks who tried to postpone the election process in the community.
They accused there was a lot of irregularities and misuse of funds by nominated RWA, who needed an independent probe.
There were around 830 flats in the community and the election of RWA was scheduled for August 8 after the first election announcement in the condo, residents said there had been a serious violation of the regulation and regulations of Haryana, 2012 by the regulatory agency and officers returned.

Singh added that the developer had sold inventory for the past 4 years without registering a project with Rera.
“Hrera (Gurgaon) has passed orders to keep selling further from the inventory that is not sold because the project is still not registered,” he said.
In addition, there is a lack of fire safety measures, often does not function lifts, irregular power supplies.
Meenakshi Garg, another resident, said: “We have knocked on the door of several officials and now the selection of Rwa is driven to us inevitly.
We humbly ask for CM and officials concerned to help us ensure that residents get their belongings in whatever Promised by the builder.
We demand the completion of all our shortcomings and guarantees around Rs 20 Crore and contributions around Rs 15 Crore on the builder before forcing the election of RWA to the population.

Sanjit Kaur, community district and company registrants, said polls will not be allowed until the problem is resolved.
“I have received complaints from residents regarding disputes over the membership and violations of other HRRS laws, 2012.
The problem will be heard further at the next hearing until then the election will not continue in society,” he said.
