Devikulam Title Action: Message Based on the 2019 Decision, No one will lose the land, said K Rajan

Thiruvananthapuram: After protest, Revenue Minister K Rajan on Wednesday confirmed the government’s decision to cancel the title law – known as Raveendran Pattayams – issued to violate land assignment regulations, 1964, in Devicam and said the command was released on the basis.

The government’s decision was to cancel 532 titles, which included 426 assigned according to the land assignment rules, 1964 and 106 titles assigned according to the right hill of Devan (reservations and assignments of shares), 1977.

The government has decided to cancel the title according to the rules of 8 (3) land assignment rules, 1964 and rules 21 (1) and 21 (4) from the right of the Devan Hill (reservation and assignment of the shares), 1977.
