Chennai: The DGP ranking official suspended Rajesh Das, faced allegations of sexual harassment which was said by an IPS Officer woman, has questioned the jurisdiction of justice judges, Villupuram in receiving a final report submitted by CB-CID.
He argued that because the alleged violations were said to have occurred between Namakkal to Ulundurpet, the Villupuram court did not have territorial jurisdiction over this case.
Recognizing the request, CJM has directed prosecution to respond to the petition moved by DGP.
According to the Petitioner, the CJM Court Villupuram does not have jurisdiction to go further in this case as a court force to ask the final report submitted by CB-CID is not in local jurisdictions in court according to the section.
