Dehradun: Pushkar Singh Dhami, MLA Twice from Khatima in Udham Singh Nagar, emerged as a black horse in the main minister’s race on Saturday.

Dhami will be the youngest to take over the CM seat in the history of the 21-year-old Himalayan state.
The source said that by giving a name Dhami, the Saffron party has tried to achieve a balance between two key factors in Uttarakhand’s politics – Thakur-Brahmin equation and Garhwal-Kumaon factors.
