Dhanbad DC Uma Shankar Singh said on Tuesday that the structures are made maintaining the potential effect of cyclone Yaas in your mind. He stated,”Different branches such as power, PHED along with also the Dhanbad Municipal Corporation (DMC) are led to constitute fast response groups (QRTs) in order there is not any disturbance in critical services.
