Haridwar: The application of Jitendra Narayan Tyagi’s guarantee, previously Waseem Rizvi, one of the accused in the case of Dharam Sansad’s hatred speech, was rejected by a local court on Thursday.
The judicial head of the Hakim had previously rejected the application of the Reverend Temple of Dasna Yati Narasinghand in the same case.
Yati is one of Dharam Sansad’s organizers in Haridwar recently.
The case against Tyagi came to hear on Thursday morning and the verdict was announced late at night.
On January 15, PLEA Bail Tyagi was rejected by the Head of Judge (CJM) Mukesh Chandra Arya.
Tyagi was accused of the case of Dharam Sansad’s hatred speech together with Yati and was ordered below Section 153 A (promoting hostility between various groups and acting prejudice against Harmoni) and 298 (intention of intentionally hurting any religious feelings) from the IPC.
After the CJM rejected the Tyagi Guarantee Application on January 15, a fresh guarantee application was moved at the District Session Court on Monday.
