Yes, you read that right! Filmmaker Rumy Jafry had revealed in a media interaction that Sushant used to share his thoughts about quitting the film industry and do farming or plant trees across the nation.
The director also added that at times the actor would want to become a scientist so that he could invest in something and at other times he would just want to go to his Lonavala house and stay alone.
Elaborating more, Rumy had reportedly added that Sushant had informed him about his depression.
The director would often attempt to cheer him up but never asked the reason behind his state.
Sushant was supposed to star in Rumy Jafry’s next untitled film with his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty.

After making his big Bollywood debut with Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Kai Po Che’, co-starring Amit Sadh and Rajkummar Rao, Sushant went on to do films like, ‘PK’, ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!’, ‘Chhichhore’ and many others.
He was last seen in Mukesh Chhabra’s directorial debut, ‘Dil Bechara’, co-starring Sanjana Sanghi in the lead role.
The movie was released on an OTT platform.

The actor passed away on June 14, 2020, after his body was found hanging in his Mumbai apartment under mysterious circumstances.
The case is still being investigated by the Central Bureau Of Investigations (CBI), Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
