Didi met Oppn Netas after PM spoke

Kolkata: Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee has lined the conclusions of the highest leadership of all the main opposition parties in New Delhi Banga Bhawan on July 28, hours after meeting this afternoon with PM Narendra Modi.
This is in line with his request to the Head of the NCP Sharad Pawar and Congress P Chidambaram to get a joint opposition to work on the aim of forming a national front.
The source said TMC has now taken responsibility for managing meetings, considering the short window before Mamata went to Delhi on Monday.
National Secretary General of Trinamool Abhishek Banerjee and strategic Prashant Kishor polls are believed to lead the initiative to revive the opposition fronts.
A party member said the presence of senior leadership of all opposition parties at the Delhi Constitution Club for Virtual Rally July 21 TMC for the meeting.
Mamata urges opposition leadership “not to throw one day” and set aside “personal interests for national interests”.
Apart from the pawar and chidambaram, the July 21 meeting for TMC virtual rallies including Supriya Sule (NCP), Digvijay Singh (Congress), Gopal Ram Yadav and Jaya Bachchan, Tiruchi Siva DMK, RJD’s Manoj Jha and Shiv Sena’s Priyanka Chaturvedi, among others.
They tend to return to the proposed Banga Bhawan meeting.
