Digital yoga Practice held for Military personnel, Households

Done/ALVI Jhansi: In the Event of 7th International Yoga Day on Monday, the White Tiger Branch of the Indian Army, organised an Internet yoga session for the entire Branch in the Jhansi Army Channel.

The subject of this Yoga Day has been’Yoga in the home–yoga together with household’.
In light of this Covid routine, the whole fraternity of this branch together with their relatives attended the function nearly as a group of the Army staff participate on the earth celebrating social distancing standards.
On this particular event Maj-Gen Vipul Shinghal, General Officer Commanding, White Tiger Division, hauled his wishes into all positions and families and encouraged them to training yoga for holistic and healthy way of life.
Several activities such as digital yoga courses and internet courses were organized to the defence staff and their families to familiarise them with its own health benefits.
Among the organisers in the Army stated,”All attempts were made to teach the most amount of employees from the White Tiger Division along with their families concerning physical, psychological and spiritual advantages of practising yoga.
They had been requested to set up the ministry of Ayush program”.
