Letter: Police Dindoli has ordered 16 criminals belonging to four gangs different under strict gujarat control of terrorism and organized crime laws (Gujcoc).
The 16 people were involved in organized crime such as extortion, robbery, and attacks on the residents of Dindoli and the nearest area.
The police action followed the closing on the heel of an event where several gang members extorted money from tailors to help their gang members who presented the term prison.
The sources of the police said that there were four gangs headed by – Maniya Dukkar, Keliyo aka Kailas, Definitely Alias Bunty and Pravin alias Amba – who operated and carried out illegal activities in and around Dindoli.
These gangs have been involved in serious crimes such as carrying out attacks on local residents, extortion and robbery.
After a detailed investigation, the police found that 58 serious violations have been registered with 16 members of these gangs.
The police ordered 16 criminals under the Gujcoc Law on Thursday.
Of the 16 gang members, seven have been undergoing a jail department while six have been arrested in various cases.
Three of them were ordered still in the run.
