New Delhi: The decline in the average daily vaccination against Coronavirus has been seen since June 21, when the new phase of the Covid-19 vaccination is started, government data shows.
According to the data available about the Cowin platform, an average of 61.14 lakh doses of Covid-19 vaccine managed every day on Sunday from June 21-27 which dropped to 41.92 lakh doses every day the following week from June 28 – in the week starting July 5 to July 11, the number of doses of the daily average vaccine was dipped in a dose of 34.32 lakh.
But among countries, mixed trends have emerged with several states and UTS reported trends of sinusoidal vaccination while others swim.
Countries such as Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh showed a decrease in the average daily vaccination from June 21-27 while a sinusoidal trend in the administration of Daily Covid-19 doses seen in the state and UTS such as Kerala, Andaman and Islands Nicobar, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Jammu and Kashmir, according to Cowin data.
In the state of Assam and Tripura who have recently reported a fresh increase in Covid-19 cases, the trend decreases in the administration of the average daily vaccine can be seen.
Although daily average vaccination remains higher than the previous phase of Covid-19 vaccination.
On weeks from 14-20 June, only 33.97 doses of lakh covid-19 vaccines were given every day on average.
On Monday, the Ministry of Health said more than 1.54 balance of crores and doses of covid-19 vaccine that was not used was still available with America, UTS and private hospitals to be managed.
The cumulative vaccine dose given so far has reached 37.73 crores under the drive of national vaccination
