Bhubaneswar: Indigo Airlines will operate three flights between Bhubaneswar and Jaipur every week with the effects of November 2, Minister of Union Aviation Civil Jyotiraditya Scindia informs the education minister Union Dharmendra Pradhan on Saturday.
