Direction to shift the MP debt court to challenge

New Delhi: Can the center combine two or more state jurisdictions and submit it to a single court? The Delhi High Court has agreed to check legal position and look for a response from the center.
HC acted on the request by the body of lawyer Madhya Pradesh which challenged the transfer of officials of the chairman of the debt recovery court (DRT), Jabalpur for Lucknow.
The Chairman of the Chairman of the Judge DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh asked the center to respond next month to the request submitted by the Board of Bar Madhya Pradesh, who was also looking for the appointment of full-time forced endurance officials for DrT Jabalpur.
The council stated that in the petition that transferred DRT to 600 km “broke and disrupted comfort, providing capacity, reaching the persecutors”.
The request to challenge notifications in the field, contrary to the law because the Master Act prohibits the center of the competent for the power of the state of the state with the DRT located in other countries.
Appearing for the MP Board Bar, Advocate Siddharth Gupta handed over that for the past year, DRT MP without head and now accusations have been given by DRT outside the country.
He also emphasized that because of the lack of regular chairman officers, the pendency had risen but the government did not seem to avoid it.
