Director of Private Company Nabbed at RSLDC Racket

Jaipur: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Wednesday arrested a senior private company in the skill and the development of the Livelihood of Corporation (RSLDC) of Bribery Racket.
ACB officials said that an Abhinav Sisodiya was arrested for alleged involvement in finding bribes from a complainant.
“He is a director of a private company that oversees corporate operations.
Two representatives from the same company, Badri Nath Sunder and Akash Kirodi were arrested beforehand because they had searched for bribes from the complainant by promising to eliminate the company from the blacklist,” said the official.
ACB claims that Sunder and Kirodi have made a call WhatsApp while Sisodiya was ordered because he had given the number of complainants.
“Sunder and Kirodi demanded a decent bribe, but the complaint said he could only offer Rs 2.5 lakh, but the duo replied that it was a very small amount,” the official said.
ACB has broken the bribery racket in September when Detuts captured the Coordinator of the Ashok Sangwan scheme and the assistant lecturer who held representatives as corporate managers Rahul Kumar Garg.
Both were arrested when taking bribes of Rs 5 Lakh.
Agencies have also confiscated cellphones from two IAS officers – Chair of the Neeraj K Pawan and MD Pradeep Gawande – to investigate their roles.
Officials said that in addition to the two officials, the probe was underway against several other people because of their alleged involvement in the racket.
The recent filling sheet was filed in front of the court on November 10 in this case.
