Tbilisi (Georgia): India and Georgia, during bilateral meetings discussed economic cooperation, tourism, trade and connectivity, said the Minister of India’s external affairs (EAM) S Jaishankar on Saturday.
The minister commented after holding a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Georgia David Zalkaliani.
“It was a very good discussion.
We discuss economic, tourism, trade and connectivity cooperation.
Our relationship is fine.
There are several big Indian projects in Georgia,” said Eam Jaisanhankar.
The minister said he had invited Georgian leaders and business delegates to India.
“I invited him to visit India with a business delegation.
In India, people need to know more about Georgia, especially about high ranking in the ease of doing business.
I am very sure my visit will be the opening of a new chapter,” he added.
Previously today, Eam Jaisankar, have met with representatives from the Indian community from Tsnori, Khaketi.
Jaishankar arrived at Tbilisi on Friday on a two-day official visit.
On his arrival, the minister said he was blessed to surrender St.
Holy Heritage.

Queen Ketevan was a 17th century Georgian queen that reached the martyr.
His relics were discovered in 2005 at the monastery of St.
Augustine at Old Goa, India, based on the Portuguese records of medieval times.
